Cancellations will be executed promptly on the day your cancellation request is received. The payment method utilized for your purchase will be reimbursed. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days from the approval date for the refund to be processed.

All returns and order discrepancies must be reported within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. We DO NOT accept returns or issue refunds for any orders that exceed 30 days from the delivery date.

Should you require a return, kindly contact our customer service team to discuss the specific details of the delivery first.

Please DO NOT send any items back directly without prior communication with our service personnel; failure to do so will result in a denial of a refund.
